As part of a series of events organised with Southwark Council, Talkaoke went down into the crypt of St. Peter’s Church, Walworth at the inspire centre to talk with the local community. Today was focused more towards young people in the borough and the problems with youth crime and violence.

A very male orientated crowd were gathered at the started this Talkaoke host training session and that helped drive the discussion down the crazy path it went, which is maybe a bit too rude to mention in this text but nevertheless very funny.

This Talkaoke in Elephant and Castle shopping centre was part of the launch of Southwark Council’s ‘Safer Southwark’ campaign to inviting the people of Southwark to discuss the real deal on crime, community, and urban living with senior officials and the Met.

[ December 17, 2008; 7:30 pm; ] In what was the last Talkaoke of 2008 we had another successful host training session with some hosts being more successful then others. But still they did an amazing job keep the chat going and the conversation was always interesting.
