[ November 19, 2005; 7:38 am; ] Talkaoke chewed the fat with the local young people in Montagu Hall, Hounslow Town Centre. Most of the first session was about drugs. Many people felt they had a right to smoke cannabis. There was also an off duty police officer there who pointed out that this was illegal and a good conversation ensued.
The second session was about amongst other things, the opinion that there wasn’t enough activities for girls to do in the area and the impact of mobile phones and internet on school life.
